“Radio Totally Normal” – a radio program for and by people with experience of mental health illness
Radio Totalnormal’s goal is to create understanding for and to change attitudes against mental illness in society. The participants who make the programme all have experience of mental illness.
Radio Totalnormal broadcast live with audience once every other week from the cafeteria at Fountain House in Stockholm, Sweden. Anyone who wants to can come to the live show and participate. There is free coffee for our audience. Anyone can also listen to the broadcast through the website at www.radiototalnormal.se. Every program becomes a podcast and appear at Soundcloud and iTunes.
The programme idea is from Argentina, from Radio La Colifata, a radio program broadcast from a garden at a mental-institution in Buenos Aires.
